Natick Mall Parking Garage contains 1,800 spaces and consists of five supported levels composed entirely of precast/ pre-stressed concrete elements. Hoch’s engineers worked closely with precast concrete fabricator, Unistress, and provided the precast structural engineering analysis and design. Additionally the engineers at Hoch provided erection drawing engineering, documentation, shop ticket fabrication documents, hardware and detailing of the precast elements for the project.
