Hoch was selected to work with NIPR (89.1 WBOI) to renovate the once fire and water damaged existing structure to be re-used as a new studio, office and performance space for the region’s only public radio organization.

Once complete, the space will include a state of the art newsroom and several broadcast studios for the two stations, the nations only Podcast Cafe, performance space for up to 100 guests, several conference rooms and office suites for business management.
